Flat Feet (Pronation)
This is where the foot rolls in too much. Weight spreads unevenly putting excessive weight on the structures of the mid foot. This then in turn puts increase stresses and strains on your bones, muscles, ligaments and tendons.
The over pronation causes your leg to move inwards which puts your knees, hips and back out of alignment. Over pronation can cause over use injuries such as: Stress Fractures, Achilles Tendonitis, Shin Splints, Medial Tibial Stress Syndrome and Plantar Fasciitis.
Bespoke Orthotics will correct this condition and prevent the early on set of arthritis. As the Orthotics are worn they provide an external arch support thus preventing injury.
