Winter Warmer Footcare Tips

Did last years big freeze leave your feet icy cold? If so, you won't be too delighted to hear that we are expecting yet another Arctic style winter.

However, you can take steps to avoid getting cold feet and some of the more serious problems that can arise as feet are exposed to sub zero temperatures.

When the temperatures hit sub zero outside, it is important to keep feet warm by wearing warm socks and warm shoes or boots which have a good sole for protection.

People with Diabetes, poor circulation or damaged nerve supply are more likely to experience problems with their feet during the winter months.
