This is where the foot rolls in too much.Weight spreads unevenly, putting excessive weight on the structures of the mid foot.

This can then put increased stress and strain on your bones, muscles, ligaments and tendons.

The overpronation causes your leg to move inwards which puts your knees, hips and back out of alignment.  Overpronation can cause overuse injuries such as: Stress Fractures, Achilles Tendonitis, Shin Splints, Medial Tibial Stress Syndrome and Plantar Fasciitis.

Bespoke orthotics will correct this condition and prevent the early onset of arthritis.  As the orthotics are worn, they provide an external arch support which can prevent injury.
